With his 28th reception in 2015, CJ will be the Lions all-time leader for receptions (already leader for yards and TDs. Somewhat surprisingly though, he is currently #5 in YPC, amongst receivers with at least 200 catches. Even more surprising to me is that 3 of the top 4 were in the 1980s, prior to Barry.

On a side note, WTF...how does CJ have only 1 2pt conversion since 2010 (and that was in 2010)?????

Bud, that is one of the key reasons the NFL wants to make the PAT harder on a kicker. No one really uses the 2 point conversion anymore unless it's a "we lose automatically if we don't try" moment.

I'm actually surprised he has one.

If kickers start booting a few PATs, which ain't likely to happen, teams will use the 2 point conversion more.

I get that, but they have gone for 2 several times, I would have figured he woukd have had more than 1 conversion in 5 years.

What are you talking about?

That's how kickers score on PAT's, they boot them.

They boot them for one point.

If the team wants two points they don't have the kicker boot the ball, they run the ball or they throw the ball.

This is some really basic stuff that I would've thought a guy who talks about football as much as you do would know.

I knew some wisenheimer would have to make a crack at that phrase. Glad it was a wisenheimer I like.

Haha... goober.
