Wisconsin 2 Oklahoma 1 Final. Force deciding game.

Oklahoma up 2-0 early.

Northwestern Won two games today 7-0, and 4-3 Louisville and they comeback and win the region and move on to the super region to face Oklahoma who beat Wisconsin in the decisive game 2-0 to win the region they were hosting.

I see this as bad news for Michigan. Both teams are going to be well rested. I expect the first game to be similar to the game on Saturday. Still, advantage to Michigan because they have to lose twice to be eliminated.

Meghan is well rested also. Do we throw her or the freshmen? Also softball Rankings have James Madison at 16, and Michigan at 19. I wonder why they made JM travel ?

I think you put your ace in to try to end it in the first game. Hard decision. Who travels, who the home team is, etc. sometimes why things are decided is not always obvious. Was it strength of schedule? Michigan won both the regular season and the B1G tourney? Don't know.

I agree but I think In the regionals they always do it like this. We will be for the next game because it appears we have not shot in game one . Man bases loaded 1 out and she popout to second.

Hosting the regional does not make one the automatic home team in every single game.

Michigan was the home team against Saint Francis and in the first game against James Madison.

As Bob points out, should there need to be a second and deciding game, Michigan would be the home team.
