He's a fatass and doesn't care about staying in shape in the off-season. That is a big reason why he is always injured.

That’s not true at all, if anything I wonder if these lean muscle programs that are all the rave now aren’t contributing to an increase in pull and tears maybe extra fat on the bones help keep that from happening

This is gut wrenching seeing Miggy go down like this. Hopefully this isn't career ending and he is back by next spring.
