Msu -12, facing a good defense and bad offense, should be close to 60 degrees at game time. Injuries have hurt psu and lack of scholarship players is taking its toll. Msu should win by two td's and sit back to wait for a new years 6 bowl.

Cook better be careful. Already threw a few that could/should have been picked.

Hate to see them give up pts, but that fg by PSU at least finally got us out of the hole with field position. We've been inside our 5 yard line the entire 2nd qtr.

He's showing the skill today. Great pick at the end of half. He let the wr catch it and took it from him. lol

And just like that Cook makes 2 great throws in a row and we score. Amazing how he can just get hot like that.

Anyone know if we have a kicker incoming? Because Geiger is the exact definition of shit.

Solid win although not that pretty. Penn State had by far the best defense we played all season.

Most MSU fans predicted 9-3 or 10-2, we didn't play as well as we should have in our two biggest games, but basically cruised the rest of the schedule.

Cook and Calhoun should come back, Waynes should leave, think those 3 things happen. 2015 should be another top 10 team with a shot at making a playoff run should the team gel just right. Dantonio has built an annual contender here and we're still on the way up.

I love how we just took care of business after our goals were crushed. We just went out and beat 3 bowl teams convincingly, covered the spread each time. That's great coaching, look at ND, they go 7-5 and lose the last 4. They lose to ASU and then go in the tank, we still found something to play for and got it done.

The results won't show it in the end, but I think this is a more complete team than last year. It's tough to top the performance of last year's defense though. They didn't get it done in the two biggest tests of the year, but whatever the matchup, I like their chances in a bowl game.

Langford off to a really good start vs the #1 run d in the nation.

They're decent but they have a soft schedule. They didn't face Wisco or Minnie and OSU ran for 219 and Langford had 118 and 3.9 yds per carry. They did hold Coleman to 71 yards though.

PSU also gives up about 4.5 yards per pass attempt, generally 6 leads the big ten. that was a very solid defense that we played on the road, senior day, etc.

i'm very impressed with how this team took care of business after they supposedly had nothing more to play for.

their defensive ranking is as much a function of who they played (nobody) as it is anything else. They gave OSU a decent game at the midpoint of the season but i think OSU is way overrated. After watching the buckeyes struggle against everyone before and after us, I'm in shock that we not only lost got our asses kicked but that they even beat us in the first place. That game is looking more and more like the 2010 Iowa game.

Again, it's good to see we haven't suffered a let down loss but who was going to beat us? The combined conference records of the 3 teams we've played since losing to OSU is 9-15 and not one of those 9 wins is against a team w/ a winning record in conference play. Yes, it's good that they haven't melted down like a John L or Bobby Williams team but all they've done since OSU is what they're supposed to do.
