Hot start for Forbes from 3. He needs to play better D though.

Also, Davis was pulled for some reason again for a long stretch early.

Defense hasn't been very good. They had a chance to bury Rutgers early and let them back into it.

Davis pulled again 2 minutes into the half. I just don't get what Izzo is trying to do????

Really surprised how this game went. I never in a million years would have thought we'd shoot 30 3's against these midgets.

Clark has fallen so far this year. He doesn't even look good out there with the walk ons.

I love the energy we are playing with. Getting a lot of the loose balls and running every chance we get and crashing the boards hard. Should be well rested for next Saturday at UM.

They packed it in to take away the post, it was sick your poison.

Nice to win 2 games by a total of almost 70 points this week.

The team did was it was supposed to do. They really need no worse than a split in the next two, and probably shouldn't count on makng 17 3-pointers either.

I think they have a solid shot at running the table.
Tough to do but if they win the next two I think they have a shot. Michigan will be tough but I really hope Lavert comes back this week, I think they're a lot better team without him. Having tum back for Purdue would be great, they big and slow and we can run them out of the gym

In my opinion Clark and Bess should transfer. They have digressed so much and I just don't see how they are going to earn any playing time this year or in the future. Schilling has been dreadful too lately.

Bess for sure, he's just not quick enough to play the 3 and too small for the 4. I think Clark still has some value, he's going through a rough patch right now, but he's a good athlete with a big body who can shoot.

Neither Clark nor Bess were even close to heralded recruits. They are what Izzo had to settle for when he struck out on every other big name he went after. It should not be a surprise that they're pretty mediocre players. Of the two I like Bess better. I think defensively he does add something and can guard out on the 3 and is a better rebounder. Offensively he is not much.

Clark isn't the same player after foot surgery, I think that's affecting his game. he got blocked on a dunk yesterday and he's a step slow vs last year.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bess gets in early against Michigan vs defensive purposes, he'll play against teams that play a lot of guards and a small 4 man.

I just think it's a numbers game at this point, right now Clark can't give us what the other guys can. We use Costello/Schilling/DD/Goins at the 4-5, no real point in playing someone else unless there's an injury of foul trouble. 4 guys can share 80 minutes without fatigue being a factor.
