My Kingdom for a True Drop Back Passer

Taking into account last year and these first two games, Denard cannot put the ball on the money with any consistency.

Now, now guys. Its a 50/50 chance when he throws the ball. Thoroughly enjoyable when it works, but deflating when it doesn't.

Yeah, screw the guy who had 4 passing and some 350+ passing yards....

Expect to see Gardner in the 4th qt next week. Hoke needs to get him some game time and next week should be the opportunity for it.

I would rather see the biggest playmaker in Michigan history get all the snaps and gain experience...

I love Denard but have to agree that he needs to work on his accuracy. He missed a few wide open passes last night and really has his WRs to thank for making plays on what were really just jump balls. In Denard's defense, there were also several dropped balls. One thing that I've learned over the last two seasons is not to get too excited about our QB play in September but Denard will need to improve his accuracy from the pocket if we're going to have any success in November.

denard needs to stick with bullets and stop putting air under his passes. He's much more accurate.

i felt denard looked like he did 2 years ago

actually thought devin might get some playing time but guess hoke wasn't ready to do that

i know like big will, they say devin had a good camp some good days and some bad ones so there is still some learning happening

I just saw replays of his 4 TD passes on the BTN... almost all were jump balls the receiver came back to. I don't think those are by design, and could've easily been picks. He threw three of them, and two were just like that... short.

He and Borges have a lot of work to do.
