3-point line moved back to international distance of 22 feet, 1? inches. Current distance is 20 feet, 9 inches.

Resetting the shot clock to 20 seconds after a field goal attempt hits the rim and the offensive team rebounds the ball in the front court.

Coaches will be allowed to call live ball timeouts during the last 2 minutes of the second half and OT. Hate this.

Techs can be obsessed for being a complete asshole player. The panel approved a proposal where players will be assessed a technical foul should they use derogatory language about an opponent?s race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender expression, gender identify, sexual orientation or disability.

great rules

I have no problem with the coach calling time-out. Does away with that weird scenario where someone has to stop dribbling, then hold the ball with his arm in order to signal time-out.

It will require a ref to be looking for the coach too. They already suck enough. Not sure they can handle the extra task.

The only rule change I don’t care for is resetting the shot clock to 20 after a rebound. The defense should be penalized for allowing offensive rebounds. I just think of a late game scenario with a team down a couple and allowing an offensive rebound with 30 seconds left, they still have a chance. To me, you shouldn’t get a chance without having to foul or get a steal.

I think when it's obvious that you intentionally foul a player, they should get free throws and the ball. I can't stand how long it takes for the last few minutes of a game. Make them play straight up defense. If there is a foul in the course of action...fine.

Yeah, that opens up some old wounds
