It's really pretty simple. We could easily be 3-7 right now instead of 7-3. Just like always, you still walk away from a game thinking "What the *f* just happened?" only now the Lions are finding a way to win instead of finding a way to lose.

The Green Bay game is perfect timing and will be a great test in front of a national audience. If the Lions actually put a complete game (all 3 phases) together this could be epic.

honestly i think the last 3 weeks theyve been focusing on this game, and in reality they shouldve just focused on their own timing instead of worrying about stopping rodgers. our offense needs to figure out how to work in the 1st half. its embarrasssing

Yes. Except for the Denver game and the San Fransisco game the offense has been SHIT in the first half. Okay so they make adjustments at halftime...but you can't play only half a game against team like GB and SF. About the only two games I have hope for at this point are the SD and MIN games...

Well the QB does have a fk'd up finger. Can't speak in the earlier part of the season but lately I just assume it takes awhile before Staff is comfortable with the glove.

As my wife said, it seems like the coaches need to have the players arrive a couple hours early and go at each other in full pads for the equivalent of a couple quarters so that they finally have their head's straight and can start the game playing well.

Of course they'll play like dog shit from being too tired in the 2nd half, but at least they'd finally play well in the 1st half...maybe. lol

Don't care how they got there, or why but I'm not sure I thought they'd be 7-4 at this point. And if I have to pick a half of football to play well, it will certainly be the 2nd half. Nothing like building a lead only to do nothing the last 30 minutes like past seasons. Philly is a good example and early on Minny.
