No fine for this?????

Not even a foul. It is blatant and an intent to injure after the whistle. Its clear that we wont get these types of calls.

He barely touched him. He should probably get a fine based on the fact Suh got a fine for his (which IMO wasn't bad at all) but its not like he knocked our guy down..

He barely touches him but its from the side and after the play. It makes it much worse.

Like I said, based on what Suh did - yeah worse. But as far as the NFL moving further into pussyville - it was Hardly a hit. Our guy just casually brushed him off..

Speaking of Suh, what's the word with his appeal?? I thought that happened on Tuesday.

Ugh. What an uphill battle it's gonna be to get the respect of the refs and calls going the team's way.

He never stomped on anyones head

You know what I mean, he stomped his foot and it got him a bad rep. Its going to take a while for refs and the league to get past it. No news is good news. And he's in it too much.

Maybe this Is just semantics...but its legal for an offensive player to block at the knee....and technically suh was an offensive player when levy picked that pass off. Dont see the difference or how 1 play is more dangerous than the other.

Change of possession chop blocks have been illegal since the 70's.

The change of possesion rule on chop blocks is completely stupid. 1. because they almost never enforce it. 2. what makes it happening on a change of possession any more dangerous than a wr doing it downfield on an offensive play. If its illegal than make it so and if it isnt than don't but theres no need to handicap certain aspects of this game. Suh did what he did because he was trying to avoid a penalty. If he hits him hard in the chest they call the blindside defenseless player rule so he tries to go for the waste and hits him at the thigh not the knee which should NOT be illegal. They are limiting the game in so many ways and nobody knows the rules including the refs. I mean how many times do our dlinemen have to get grabbed after beating an olinemen to get the holding call. We haven't had one yet but we have been forcing teams to commit the foul but we dont get the calls. It's selective penalty calling and it ruins the flow of the game.

Suh did what he did because he's stupid. He didn't need to make any block, Levy was just about in the end zone and no one was close to him.

They are illegal cause its dangerous and gets guys hurt. It was outlawed during a time when almost everything was legal, that alone should tell you something. It's still legal on o because the d can see the block coming, on a change of possession the guy is looking one direction then hit low from another so he doesn't see it and can't protect him self. The rule isn't stupid just stupid people that play dirty.

Down field on an offensive play is absolutely no different. Players chasing a play looking at the guy with the ball and getting cut blocked is the same no matter what type of pay it is offense or change of possession. I dont disagree that Suh shouldnt have made the play but if its illegal there it should be a rule change making open field cut blocks illegal. If defensive players cant do it then why should offenses be given free reign to cut the ends or lbs on swing passes and screens. My point is its either a dangerous play across the board or its not a dangerous play at all.
