No surprise. Drop to 10 in AP poll

I too expected them to drop out of the top 10. I just hope they get it together in time for the Wisconsin game.

If they would have lost they probably wouldn't be ranked. The rankings don't mean a whole lot right now anyway. If they take care of their business they will be fine. I still don't see them beating OSU so it's kind of a moot point.

I guessed #14 and I think that's where Michigan should be, if not lower.

I thought Michigan should've been 12th before Army. Preseason rankings are junk.

Jim?s fifth year. Should be much better

And ready for these games

Exactly. Everyone wants to point to the Oklahoma game last year regarding Army. That's all well and good, but Duke kicked Army's ass last year. Army also had to go into double OT to beat Miami OH, who was 6-6, last year. You figure we would not get caught with our pants down like Oklahoma did and not perform on essentially the same level as flipping Miami OH.

I was under the impression that our program could at least accomplish the same as Duke football. Turns out I was wrong. Again.

Army took OU to OT last year and the Sooners were a playoff team.

I think the notion of 4 possessions in an entire half is almost inconceivable in today's game and when you turn it over 3 times ...well, you're setting yourself up for failure.

Michigan looks like a program spinning its wheels. I submit that 2015 was JH's best season.

Should be farther. That team isn't close to a top 10 team.

I would come up with some clever retort about state but I don't follow the program or watch the games, so I wouldn't know. so, 'state sucks!' ...? And we will beat you in November.

it was 2016. Started 10-0. Took OSU to double OT in Columbus, lost the Big Ten East by a hair?s breath. beat MSU, smoked PSU, and should?ve won by double digits against UW (14-7 w/3 missed FGs).

Barely Lost in a decent consolation bowl to a good FSU team.

Auburn struggled with Tulane. Don't know that they deserve such a high ranking by the same standards. It is a toss up after 11 really, to me. Maybe Oregon deserves to be ranked higher?
