Notre Dame, Nebraska, Ohio State Same Season

I'm wondering if any team has ever beaten these three in the same season besides us.

But actually you bring up a good question - maybe nobody has ever played all three in the same season. You have to figure that most would play either ND or Nebraska in a bowl game, or have a team like Purdue or MSU play Nebraska in a bowl game.

In 1905 we beat nebraska 31-0 on october 21 and O$U 40-0 in November 11th . No ND on the schedule. We were 12-1 that year and only gave up a total of 2 points all season as this team almost duplicated the 1901 team and was un-scored upon. to bad that loss was a 2-0 game on the last game of the season breaking Michigan's 56 game unbeaten streak..

1911 We beat O$U in the third game of that season 19-0, and on November 25th we tied Nebraska at Lincoln 6-6... No ND that year... That team finished 5-1-2

In 1917 team beat Nebraska on October 27th 20-0.. ND and O$U were off the schedule. That team only had three road games and finished 8-2 (1-2 on the road in which the last two were on the road.) That team had 6 shutouts

In 1962 we lost to Nebraska 25-23 and O$U 28-0. (We were 2-7 that year., and no ND).

In 1986 we beat Nebraska 27-23 in the Fiesta bowl. Then opened the next season with a 24-23 win over ND,and then beat O$U that year 26-24 finishing 11-2 for 1986 even though the fiesta bowl counts for 1985

2005 we lost to ND 17-10, O$U 25-21, and Nebraska on December 28th in the Alamo Bowl 32-28 in a game I would like to forget. That team finished 7-5.

2011 Beat ND 35-31, Beat Nebraska 45-17, and beat O$U 40-34...

4-2-1 all-time verses Nebraska.
