Okay, it's almost over.

He said "should be" and I agree. Their job is to interpret the constitution and make decisions in that manner. Being pro gay marriage or pro life shouldn't be brought into decisions. Unfortunately, scotus has been infected by politics for way too long.

Pretty sure he said it should never be left or right of center.

I said I believe it has been right center for a long time and it has. Maybe it never should be like you have said but don't tell the Gop that because ultra right is coming and good luck ever getting a moderate judge again. It's not happen

The house of representatives cast votes if it's an electoral tie. Republicans control the current house.

Right. As I opined in the text before this one that I'm quoting-and I could be wrong-I don't know that they are necessarily Republican means they are constitutionally bound to the nominated Republican candidate.

I stopped watching as I do not think she has a shot. A tie would even be a worse dagger. A slap in your face house vote would suck from that piece of shit Paul Ryan.

It makes me wonder...as much as the polls and electoral map predictions had Hillary winning easily, did her staff even prepare a concession speech?

Kind of reminds me of last summer when Muhammad Ali was in an irreversible coma.

Maybe it's Fraction Magic's fault ? For conspiracy buffs

So I guess no more poking fun at dipshits from *ohio and florida for fucking up elecetions anymore huh.

Nice going michiganders.

I mean seriously, they called Texas at like 34%, and California at 22%.

Well I don't know how soon they called Texas, but they call the California within 10 seconds after the polls closed.

But then you could've called California for 2016 four years ago when the 2012 ballots were counted.

I follow...what I'm getting at is Penn. is at 97% and a margin of 78,000 votes, is this just about ratings now?

Pennsylvania has been at 97% for over an hour. Did they stop counting?

Mmmmm...more likely they just don't want to contribute to a partially media driven Florida from 2000 if there is any kind of late changing in the ballot counting.

I'm reading a new syf book called 'The Dark Side'. Lol. Might as well get back to it.
