Great Season....nice to go to the playoffs a year of what I thought.....but

Brees is going to carve this pathetic pass defense up

Hopefully this goes as well as a lot of your other recent predictions.....But yea, its not looking good at all.

Get rid of Wright, Spievey and even Houston... Also the D-Line was trash including Suh and Nick Fairley is looking like a fucking bust..

i sure do appreciate Tampa showing up to play today. But as they say...win so you don't have to worry about what someone else does.

I think Houston was less than 100% these last few weeks, just didn't look like he had his wheels.

if you were counting on a pathetic TB team to beat Atlanta in Atlanta....then you Sir were sadly let down early.

1st quarter beat down happening.

Hopefully the shock us like they did last week against SD. But Staff probably needs another 5-6 td 400-500 yard performance.

Sucks that you have to go to nola. I think you coulda beat san fran or ny/dal.

Lions will lose and very badly in NO, most probably, just hope that Lions miserable pass D can avoid giving up 8+ TDs by the Saints' O...dlol.

20 years and counting, ever since the Lions last won @ GB, and after next Sunday, it may also very well be 20 years and counting since they last won their lone SB-era playoff home game vs Dallas. The franchise has not won a playoff game on the road since...1957.

watched Brees carve up Carolina today in 3 quarters...was a mercy killing.

counting on it...no. it just would have made life a lot easier if they showed up to play.

only chance we have is if the d-line finally steps up and punishes brees every time he drops back. Easier said than done, but If we can keep their offense from destroying us, I think our offense is good enough to beat them.

sadly though,

NO 49
Det 38

We did hold him to 7 second half points in that 31-17 loss.... Gunther needs to get rid of the Nine...

the one good thing we have going for us is that we've already played the superdome this year. The guys know what to expect. They know what the noise level is, they have game film to study and fix the problems from the first game. Need to get out to a fast start and keep our foot on the gas or it'll be a long day.

That's what I said before (looking for a silver lining). With the expection of the Giants, we have played all of the playoff teams. And we played NO on the road and now GB on the road in cold, windy conditions. Now we just have to out play the fuckers.

Yea I can see this game being similar to the Arizona/GB game a few years ago..I think the score was like 49 to 48 or something.. I think Stafford is in a much better groove then he was the last time the Lions played NO but it is still going to be extremely tough to beat them At home..

I expect the Lions to lose but I just hope that it's close, they will learn valuable lessons from this game and I expect them to make some noise next year.
