Yeah, Cashman isn't exactly anyone who could be considered a "ladies man" by a longshot, but being very wealthy tends to "hide" a lot of (+age-related) physical flaws and personality quirks.

But instead of picking his cheat-mate MUCH more carefully as is his primary job as GM for the Yankees, he goes and dips his wick into a woman whose checkered history and character traits IRL, would almost approach those of Glenn Close in a remake of the late-80s femmie stalker movie "Fatal Attraction"

Beware the woman scorned, but when cheating, it instantly becomes the likely "women scorned" which is at least twice as bad, if not ~100x worse, as Tiger Woods discovered to his massive chagrin.

Wife of Yankees GM Cashman files for divorce

Yeah, I read all of it and was both surprised and amused by it.
So true about guys lacking in looks and physical appearance...if you have money there are plenty of women around to put up with it as long as you "take care of them $$$$".
Wouldn't we love to hear the players comments about Brian Cashman aka ladies man, lol.
But for me, I have never understood the spousal/GF/BF cheating that is so much a part of society. Why take ALL those risks when what a person wants is usually available to get it right there at home?? Things don't work out, then just get a divorce without all the covert sneaking around and the unhappy endings.
hell hath no greater fury than a woman scorned. and those type of woman, like the one who was trying to extort BC, was already 10 moves ahead of him...women like that = Chess Masters.
and Tiger Woods wife?? wtf was he thinking. that ex-wife is a 20 on a scale of 10.

Whats that saying? For every hot high-maintenance gf or wife, there is always some bf or husband involved who is growing tired of financing her spending sprees and her emotional drama? Never underestimate how fast a fashion-conscious woman armed with unmaxed plastic charge cards and an unlimited shopping list can very quickly melt them down...haha!

If a person is gonna cheat, at least do so with someone who would be or is cheating his or her own self, then both parties must remain silent else upset two apple-carts instead of one, best with someone who has much more to lose.

But the longer the illicit relationship continues, the more intricate and complex the lies and excuses must become and then have to be remembered, waay too much hassle, if just for sexual gratification and ego-stroking maintenance, IMO. If love and affection is or becomes involved, a choice must be made, and far better sooner than later for all parties involved.

My younger sister married a very wealthy man, and my late father built a room in the basement of their mansion, to store some of the "overflow" of her clothing and shoes. I checked it out one day while visiting, and there were garments with the price-tags and labels still attached to some of them...lol.

Your post makes alot of sense.
All I know is that I listened to my late Uncle Jumbo's words of wisdom over 40 years ago when married and for future BF/GF relationships.
He said, "Don't let the little head tell the big head what to do".
