Suh obviously isn't the only one in the good 'ol US of A
who doesn't know how to act when driving a high horse-power vehicle:

<s>Maybe</s> Definitely they should have put a speed-governor on his "prized" Lamborghini, or at least until the dumbass had several months of driving it while learning how to steer and properly operate it. He might have killed someone, if not several others on the road and himself as well.
