Yeah, I imagine it's the hardest to adjust to a new team considering playbooks, schemes, etc.. Not as "plug and play" as the other sports.

The cap certainly doesn't help. And no minor league system. But it would be nice to have it more like MLB at the trade deadline.

I think the number of games also has a lot to do with it. In the other major sports there are 80-162 games. The NFL has too few games when compared to the other sports....it doesn't give the new players enough game action to get accustomed to the new team.
