Pens 2 Detroit 1 OT FINAL

0-0 after the first.

Pittsburgh was close to scoring 3-4 and Zadina had 1 decent chance.

OT, Glendy with bad penalty and we couldn't win a faceoff and they scored.

That was all prefaced by a bad TO we had. Never got the puck back.

First time ever going to LCA. Ticket prices were always too high for me to justify going to see a not-so-great product but finally took my family. I was happy the wings actually played a pretty good game, especially Howard. Sucks how it ended but it was entertaining.

The one thing I notice just from watching it seems like the fans don't get exiting until the John Denver song plays and they sing a long. Even when the team plays well.

Typically it is the dumb fucks that provide the noise at stadiums/arenas.

When ticket price too high, the dumb fucks do not afford.

It is also why Air Canada center is always quiet.

Instead you get the asshole jerkoffs that keep wooing during the game.

I hear wrestling has the same problem.

I was actually impressed how many people were at the game, and it seemed like almost a "big game" type of feel. It usually looks emptier on tv, but the upper bowl looked almost completely full and the lower bowl probably 80% or so. There were plenty of pens fans there too though.

Yah was one of the more expensive sets of tickets on stubhub, I considered going.

Weekend game and about 5000-7000 people in Windsor not working cause the assembly plant is shutdown till at least the 27th.

Yes actually bumped into a few folks from the Windsor area matter of fact.

Windsor always a decent size contingent at the Wings games. The transit company send special buses just for Wings/Tigers games.

Around Fisher service road and Cass is where they line up. Big big money maker for them.

Not to mention those that drive. But if you coming in a small group, its cheaper to take bus both ways than it is to find parking.
