same injury as greg jennings i believe.....which they are saying is 2-3 weeks...and sunday will be 24 days since their injuries suh back also.....maybe even k smith, durant, LJ and fairley? hopefully some

Q: Can you talk about your injury situation?

Schwartz: No. (Laughs) Yeah, we obviously had a lot of guys that weren't able to finish the game. We were in a situation again where we had some offensive help - Rashied (Davis) played a couple of snaps. We had a difficult time those last couple of drives - pretty much that whole fourth quarter - we didn't have a nickle defense. They were using three wide receivers - four if you count Percy Harvin in his role as a running back. It was a difficult situation, but we were able to get through it. However we did, we were able to get through it. But we're going to have a lot of guys that'll be close this week, including guys that didn't play in this last game - so the old adage "it's too early to tell on a Monday." Players are off today, players are off tomorrow; they'll come in and get a workout. We won't have practice on those days, but we're optimistic that we'll get a significant number of those guys back. Again, we don't have anything that's a season-ender.

don't expect either back until probably the week after , and then maybe only Houston..from what i understood Delmas was a little more serious then Houston.

Smith didn't practice today.

It should help having houston back. Leave wright on the bench this game so he can heal up. Lets see if carlton can play ball again this sunday.

at least he can cover guys..... Houston & Wright much better than the likes of a McDonald/Berry turning like a spinning top

I think Berry has played well recently, and McDonald was cut. Don Carey seems to be the dime guy now.

Smith didn't practice today.

I though I read a tweet saying he did. Just went and checked and ur right, he was out yesterday. My bad.

He participated some today though, and they say he's on track to play Sunday...

How fucking pathetic are we that we're watching the Kevin Smith progression back to health.

Kevin Smith (ankle) was participating in team drills at the beginning of Lions practice Thursday. This doesn't necessarily mean that Smith will participate fully in practice, but he continues to trend in the right direction. He emerged from Wednesday's light work in fine shape and says his mobility is much better this week than last. For now, Smith appears on track to play against the Raiders Sunday. Dec 15 - 11:53 AM

Smith looked good when he was healthy, now that he's dinged up we should see the smith we all love to hate.
