First off, I know little about the minor league, how it works, or even the teams involved (outside of the tiger organization).
I was playing MLB The show (Road to the Show) and my player got traded to the Rays organization at the AA level. Their AA team is the Montgomery Biscuits...yes, that's right. Anyway, I got to June and a message came up saying that the first half of the season was over. After that, the standings reset and everyone started over at 0-0. Apparently, they play two halves with different records. The biscuits won their division in the first half, but I have no idea what that means for the team or why they do that? Can anyone explain this?
