Soto is just not a good closer no matter what his numbers say. He just puts to many men on base via walk, hbp ect. I really don?t care. I hope they lose 120 games so there is no doubt Avila should be fired. The rangers have 5 bb and 4 hits. Fuck this team .

I hope Chris Ilitch takes notice.

Al Avila was named Tigers GM August 4, 2015. Since that day, the Tigers are 408-576. That's a .415 winning percentage. The club has had a sub .400 winning % in a season 15 times - 6 of them on Avila's watch (including this year).
