How did the Lions look tonight? I'm struggling to see how any improvements have been made in any of the weak areas? running game, DB's seems about the same to me if not a little be worse?

Leshoure actually looked real good yesterday...he showed some elusivness that I didnt know he had, and he ran HARD. I am excited to see him in action...shame he has to sit the first 2 games.

The OL in general still isnt very good in the run game...cant seem to open any holes whatsoever. Several times the RB got the ball and was instantly surrounded by 2 or 3 guys.

DB's looked average last night..but then again, most of the starters were on the bench. Green had moments where he looked solid, and his athleticism really showed. Then he followed that up with just complete and utter garbage play.


In general..not much changed. Lions should have no problem scoring points. In fact, they should be better than last year with Broyles (that dude is quick), and Leshoure. But the defense will struggle...I am hoping that it gets better as the year progresses since a lot of the guys we have are so young.

Anywho...I am PUMPED for some football. CANT WAIT!! (Bart Scott voice)
