how about wearing a shirt that says "I can't score"...of course we all know that already!

I commented on the espn story the second I saw it..."I cant stay healthy" or "I cant run for positive yards."

Watching the game today I was really hoping they would just yank him out of the game. We are better off with Bell and Riddick. Bush has just looked completely disinterested this entire season....when he's played. I don't trust him right now over Bell and/or Riddick. Even when he gets the ball he hesitates on pretty much every play.

Reggie is done. The guy has lost a step or two and it's really noticeable.

It's funny because everyone in Detroit knows it. But when the announcers come to town they act like it's Reggie from 2 years ago. They act like it's game changing when he's in or out but the only reason it's close to game changing is it just affects how many touches Riddick gets.

If he is still on the roster next year I will be pretty disappointed. All the reports that came out said he was 100%. His 100% just doesnt get it done anymore.

I have read a couple times that he is a boom or bust back and he just cant boom anymore. Pick up a back in the later rounds of the draft and let Riddick be the 3rd down back

Bush wasn't even a third down back when he won the Heisman Trophy that he gave back.

Good for Reggie to stand up for what he believes. If he's a good player or not, that's a different topic. But got to respect the man for speaking out on a very controversial topic going on across the nation.

exactly. there's more important things going on in this world than just football, and i approve of his bringing light to the situation and speaking his mind on the subject.

When sports people do this you wonder if anyone of them even care or they just want people to think they do..if it was a white kid will he have his shirt?

To me it really isn't that controversial.

1) don't break the law
2) if you do, don't resist arrest
3) if you do feel it necessary to resist, definitely don't attack the police

Follow those three steps and you will breathe easy for a long time. If you don't follow those three easy steps you might find yourself with a few officers on top of you....or even worse...a bullet in your head!

I had zero problem with what Bush did. If he would have worn a shirt defending the cop I wouldn't have a problem with it. I wouldn't agree with that view, but I would not care. He has every right to express himself.
