Rockies vs Tigers, Game thread June 16

GMoney flies out to center again...fairly deep. Ramon first pitch swinging singles past the 2nd baseman. AJ is in a 2-2 count and Ramon is picked off first. Inning over. Maybe not a bad thing.

Everybody is the central cept us lost or losing, Sux ended up losing last night eh? Sweet!

Coke in to start the 7th. Fister's line 6 IP, 82 pitches, 3 hits, 1 walk, 6 K's, 2.68 era on the year.

Roid boy beats the shift and singles into right on a bad 1-2 pitch...right over the plate.

I really hate that view they show from behind home plate...where they show you 1 pitch from that angle. You can't see where the pitch lands so you have no idea if it was a ball or strike.

Got to be mighty pleased with Fister's start, 6 innings of 3 hit ball and 6 k's.
As long as he can stay free of any more side muscle aches,

all they need is to get Scherzer fixed up, along with Porcello. I can't believe they can't work something out with Rick, so his pitches don't sit up in the zone, like his arm slot angle and release point.

We absolutely need Fister pitching every 5th day if this team has any chance of doing something...especially in the playoffs. He and Verlander are must haves for us.

Miggy singles, AJ to 3rd...pitching change. 1 out still. Bringing in a lefty to face Prince.

Boesch 4 plate appearances, includes a 4 pitch at bat for a walk, 8 total pitches.
