Get StartedJust as well I guess. If he'd gotten a hit, he'd be starting the next game.
Way to earn your playing time, Mud...
That's it. I'm not even calling him Mudhen anymore. Just plain Mud. Why waste another syllable on such a useless cretin.
Us fan have a lot more time to sit on our asses and browse the web and search our farm systems stats than a MLB manager though, wouldn't you agree?
Either by the trade deadline, or by the start of 2013, my wish list for players gone are Young, Raburn, Boesch, .....check back at season's end for Porcello.
no problems with Young. he's fine. I had no problem with the other three being gone as long as we have a good 2b and RF to replace them. I don't want to see Dirks or Berry as starting right fielders.
I'd keep Dirks in AAA. No need to bring him up if you have Kelly, Berry, and Boesch.

no because us fans have jobs (i hope) that have nothing to do with being able to check our farm stats everyday. That's his job. Do you think he just coaches for 3 hours and he's done?
Dirks has been killing the ball. You sure you know who Dirks is?

Dirks is on the DL... He will be back if he gets healthy.. Big If..
Did you even read what you quoted?
If I thought all he did was manage for 3 hours a day and was done then he would have tons of time to so what we do.
An MLB manager is going for about 18 hours a day i bet, hence why I said they don't have the time we do.
