23. Lions -- Stanford offensive tackle Jonathan Martin

The Lions plan to re-sign free agent left tackle Jeff Backus, but he's not long for the league going on age 35 and returning from a biceps tear. Contract-year right tackle Gosder Cherilus is coming off another poor season. Martin could give Cherilus a run for his money in training camp while being groomed as Backus' long-term replacement. Boston College's Luke Kuechly could be an enticing alternative should the Lions fail to retain free agent middle linebacker Stephen Tulloch.

WTF No way he's there at 23, and no way he isn't BPA if he IS there, so no way the Lions pass on him if he lasts that long IMO.

But anyways, can Martin play RT? Because he'd probably have to play on that side if he gets any PT as a rookie.

And Blackmon falling all the way to Seattle? You're not gonna convince me that, all this time, teams never knew he didn't have elite size. If the Jaguars passed on him for Melvin Ingram...LOL

Fits my pre-combine prediction. Although Burflict is gonna have to redeem himself at his pro day to even find a 2nd round grade. I'm looking at moving a cb/s/or another lb in to the 2 slot.

yeah, i know. That's why I was asking. Really haven't been looking at too many mocks post-combine yet to see where people are putting him.
