Sooo....what happens now or @ least until perhaps next year or more likely when/if ARoid does finally become suspended? Any pitcher who happens to hit him with a pitch could instantly be tossed by the HP umps, this just b/c of him being the biggest active cheater target & the "black sheep" of MLB, then they must be hitting him intentionally & later may also get fined and suspended??

Or will the pitcher and likely both benches get a warning first?

A team would need a warning. That won't change. But they could warn teams at the start of the game..
