How many believe Michigan will out-score Il by 25+? I've seen a Line of -20, but even that is stretching it with this offense.

Sure, there's always a chance.

We've been waiting almost half the season for the offensive potential to be realized, but, at some point, unrealized potential unveils itself as unrealistic expectations.

Yes. I could see Michigan beating Illinois by 4 TD's.

Will it mean anything going forward? Not really, because they won't play Illinois again.

I'm not tracking with you. So, it didn't matter that they beat Iowa because we don't play them again? Please explain.

well Michigan did beat Rutgers by fifty and Illinois is in that same class. Might do the team good to get on the road but play a team like the Illini. Having played the two best teams in the West along with Army, it's not like MICHIGAN is looking bad against Eastern, Central, N. Illinois or Ball State.

Right. It means that they were better than Iowa that day in AA. Who knows if Michigan is really better than Iowa? Would they beat them @Iowa? Would they beat them on a neutral field? I don't know.

Did they improve during the Iowa game? I don't know

Will they improve during practice leading up to the Illinois game? During the Illinois game? Between the Illinois and PSU game or is the team we have the team we have to watch all year? Have they capped out?

How can we answer any of these questions?

IF a team beats a shitty team by 50, does it mean anything?

Not usually.

Don't disrespect Rutgers like that. They are in a class all their own.

I heard on the radio today that Peters is banged up for Illinois. His back up may be starting.
