Who do you like and want to win ? I like Patrick . Wish he was a lions player.. this does feel like SF better get this done soon. They are an older team. I just can’t stand the 49ers.

49ers are favored by 2.5 .

I mean didn’t the Packers and Lions give a blueprint on how to run against the 49ers ? I also think Kc has a much better defense than either the packers or the lions. At least they can tackle. But SF has proven it can come from behind that is for sure damnmit

I'm looking at the schedule so see what I can watch besides this game. That's how much I care. I might just take a 3-hour nap or stair at my wall.

I think KC will win. They have a good defense this year and something has looked off with SF in these playoffs.

But for the first time ever, it's going to be tough to watch the Super Bowl knowing full well we should be playing. That's something none of us have ever had to deal with before. I'm just going to end up being pissed most of the game.

I heard on the radio today that 26.1 billion is expected to be bet on this game...up from 16 billion last year. Obviously, the legal online apps are responsible for the increase.
The big bets have been on SF and the small money has been on KC.

One $1 million wager and eight six-figure bets have been placed at sportsbooks so far on the Super Bowl spread and money line.

All nine major wagers are on the 49ers over the Chiefs in Sunday’s game at Allegiant Stadium.

“The larger wagers have clearly come in on San Francisco. However, the ticket count really favors the Chiefs plus the points and on the money line,” Red Rock Resort sportsbook director Chuck Esposito said.

Esposito said 64 percent of the tickets against the spread at STN Sports are on the Chiefs. Seventy-one percent of the tickets on the money line are on the Chiefs, and 74 percent of the tickets on the total are on the over.

“I really think keeping the game under might be a big part of the game on Sunday,” Esposito said. “If we can keep the game under, we should be, overall as an industry, in a good spot.

“We ticked up to 48 a couple times, but sharp or sophisticated play has gone under.”

The total is 47½ across the board.

Though the vast majority of the money on the Super Bowl isn’t expected to arrive until this weekend, the game is shaping up at sportsbooks as a showdown of professional bettors versus the betting public.

I’m going to work - does the game actually even begin at any particular time?

Might listen to a Taylor Swift loop, or maybe I’ll shake that feeling off, and say no.

I’m with you guys. I may puke when I see the 49ers running on to the field. Other than a few very unlucky plays the Lions were the better team in the nfc title game.

I don't think they were the better team. If they were the better team, they would have closed the deal when they were up 17 points. Instead, the turned a 17 point lead into a 10 point deficit.

I don't share the board's disdain for the Forty Niners. But I've never liked the Chiefs. I'll watch the game, mute the commercials, miss the half time show, and shut the TV off when the clock hits 0:00, unless it's a blowout.

Maybe you’re right idk.
Maybe but that catch off the facemask was very unlucky by Detroit.
Maybe but Gibbs did fumble something we haven’t seen from him.
Maybe 2 drops by Reynolds when he has had only 2 all season.
Maybe if we take the points idk.
Maybe if we could tackle a qb for a change.
Lions were jamming it down the 49ers throat until that first drop. I’m still having issues with this collapse.
Just seems very unlucky.

I rooted for the 49ers over Baltimore because Jim was the coach. I may have rooted for them in the past. But that fan base is terrible. Chiefs only have a 3 titles nothing to hate yet and a fun qb. Rooted for Brady over Patrick. I just can’t root for SF.

I'm betting this is the year Shanahan actually gets it done. Travis and Taylor won't have their story book ending this season.

Who knows - the total dollars wagered slightly favors the 49ers.

If it turns out to be the case, that doesn’t mean Travis and Taylor won’t have their love story.

And should Mahomes and the Chiefs succumb to another team whose QB (pre-NFL draft) pedigree was not unentirely unlike in 2021, I think both will be able to shake it off.

Wish we had a crew last week that would call holding.

0-0 end of the first quarter.

Moody nails a 55 yarder to get the 49ers on the board.
Longest field goal in Super Bowl history.

Kc completed a long pass. Then fumbles on the next play deep in SF territory.

Kc using a spy for Purdy . Something the Lions just didn’t do.

Did someone win yet?

Boring game so far. No scoring. We all know Lions games are never that boring with our defense. Both of these defenses are flying to the ball. Hitting has been good.
