Scenario Final Four question

Was asked this today and it's a great question:

Would you rather go to the Final Four and be guaranteed to lose to Florida/Dayton, or go to the National Championship Game and face Michigan with the outcome to be determined (50/50 chance)?

To me I would take the first option, there is no way I could handle the possibility of losing to Michigan in the title game. A Final Four is still an incredible accomplishment and I would not be nearly as devastated with a loss there.

Crazy question, in my opinion. Spartan fans should want to advance to NCG and take a 50/50 chance of kicking some Maize & Blue ass.

Would I like our chances to beat them? Yes definitely. The reward is massive, you have bragging rights for basically eternity and win the whole thing, but they are hot too and would have a strong chance to beat us. If we were to lose, we would never live it down. Imagine a UM/OSU championship game in football, could you imagine losing to them? I don't think You could ever get past it.

You always go for it all. Nobody should be satisfied with just a final 4. I rather the Spartans play for a title and get run out of the building(like the UNC year) than lose a close final 4 game(Butler year).

If we make the final we will play someone we beat on a neutral court. My choices would be first wisonsin, I don't think they're that good, had a lot of luck. Second Michigan, great offensive team but we match up very well ant 3rd ky, lots of talent and size could be an issue. They have the guy to get ap in foul trouble with randle.

If we win tomorrow, Saturday is the real nc game. Winner of msu fla wins in the final

Imagine a UM/OSU championship game in football, could you imagine losing to them? I don't think You could ever get past it.

Seeing the Buckeyes lose to M hurts but you kind of have to get past it, no? Losing every so often is what makes the winning part special. Now, go kick their ass!:spin:
