Holy fuck...did somebody seriously say bench Avila and start Gerald fucking Laird?

as much as I disliked the idea of getting Laird even back on the team,at this point Avila has to realize what it takes to be a big league starting catcher. I could see towards the end of last year how he slowed down cause of all the playing time, I understand that.. but he looks the same way right now, and we are only a month in.

I mean, do you not realize that last season only two catchers had a higher wOBA than that, and one of those catchers was Avila.
