Team is falling apart...

But Beilein struggled with this same kinda thing his first 3 years. Never really seemed to get Manny Harris to play well with others.

We're obviously going to have a much bumpier road that we expected at that Bad Boy Mowers Tournament in the Bahamas.

Oh well!
 
I just want DDJ to run the offense and hit an open shot. Drive and get fouled and not throw up some stupid ass shot when things are going good. This team is at rock bottom this very moment. It cant get any worse.
 
The bad thing is Nebraska played well at Rutgers only losing 75-72. I hope the other guys show up and maybe steal this one. Dang what a difference a month makes after losing to Oregon in ot :/

Dude, this all started when we went 25% from the field against Lousiville. From that day forward it seemed like everyone got an infection from the no-confidence virus. The cure still hasn't been found.

This is true. The buckets left us in that game. Didn?t we still play decent defense in that game. I just chalked it up to all the travel the team was doing.
 
I think we are better off trying to fast break as much as possible against Nebraska. That way we are thinking less on offense. I hope we sprinkle in some zone tonight on defense. Someone needs to step up out of Johns Jr, Davis , and or Castleton. Make your freaking layups damnit. This is where your coaching staff comes into play. It will be interesting to see what Howard decides to do.

So the AD is providing cars for basketball players??

According to the police report, Simpson told officers his name was Jeff Jackson Simpson, and that he had been walking down the street and noticed the crashed vehicle. When officers recognized him and asked why he had given a different name, Simpson said he didn't want to be involved with the crash report.

Simpson told police the car belonged to Evan Manuel, a student manager for the basketball team who is the son of athletic director Warde Manuel.

This same thing happened to me once when I was in college, except in my case I gave my name as Tito Jackson, and also the police let me go.

Team rule #1...don't get caught driving a car provided by the AD ;)
 
Already, discussed. The AD's son is a team manager, probably buddies with Simpson. He probably borrowed his buddy's car. Even if he didn't, big deal

In light of other scandals, we'll take this one. No rapes, no women getting beaten, no grade scandals, no one recieving hundreds of thousands of dollars from shoe companies.

Yep. Simpson drove the AD's car into a street pole and initially lied about it. It was wrong.

sure, that is a plausible explanation. It could also be the car he drives every day...you know...players getting extra benefits. I mean, if he wasn't doing anything wrong, why flea the scene of an accident then lie to the police?
