Something I never knew - Joe Pa

Before the wolverines hired Bo, they approached Joe Paterno about the job, he declined it. Makes you wonder how different this team would be right now if he had left penn state.

Just heard it on the Icons Coaches special about Bo.

Yeah I remember Joe Pa saying something about that in an interview. If memory serves me right he just about took the Michigan job.

yes that was written up when bo bios and stuff came out

and bo almost left for TAMU

I thought Bo said he never even talked to TAMU. I may be wrong its been a while since I read his book.
