Ndamukong Suh crashes car in downtown Portland; he and two passengers were not hurt.
oregonlive

Suh's car hit a light pole, a drinking fountain and a tree. Officers determined Suh was not impaired and simply lost control of vehicle.

Lions DT Ndamukong Suh was involved in a minor car accident in his native Portland, Ore. on Saturday morning, but was able to walk away uninjured.
Suh reportedly crashed a 1970 Chevrolet Coupe into a tree around 1:15 AM. A bizarre incident, but Portland police determined he was not "impaired," and simply lost control of his car. Suh is away from the Lions while he serves a two-game suspension for his Thanksgiving stomp of Packers RG Evan Dietrich-Smith. He'll be allowed to return in Week 15 against the Raiders.

Glad hes ok. Maybe he should have his friends drive him around, wasnt he in a crash last year too? lol

nothing...but how come you never here of an athlete or celebrity getting into trouble at 11 am? Like they saying goes...nothing good happens after midnight.

Last time I was out driving at 1:15 was 15-20 years ago.

Yeah, being a car guy, more precisely a Chevy guy, I was curious about the car myself.

everything when youre in the media every single week. See Linday Lohan.

Yeah, every well known, single, 24 year old, multi millionaire is home by 10:00PM. I would have been. Wouldn't you have been?

Yeah, this is a bad sign to me. He's out with his buddies at 1:15 AM when he's serving a suspension. I just don't like it, but am thankful there was no alcohol involved.

I found it a little suspicious that he was rolling in a '03 Land Rover Discovery back then. Seems like a pretty nice ride for a college kid from "humble beginnings" or whatever the Chrysler commercial claims.

The '70 "Chevy Coupe" turned out to be what looks like a burnt-orange? Chevelle SS, that Suh was burning rubber in, nothing that I didn't do @ his age when those muscle cars were only ~5 years or so removed from the assembly line. Was just luckier than him in that I never lost control and got into an accident (but did get busted once) while drag-racing or burning rubber down Gratiot or any other streets of the D in any of them, and most of mine were instead the pony car variety early-70s Firebirds and Camaros. (anything the Big 3 made mid-70s and later (until the mid-90s at least)and were still called "muscle/pony cars" were in fact mostly catalytic-converted pieces of slogging dogshit, (even the 'vettes)

Suh's car was loaded up with 4 more people inside it, no wonder the dumbass lost it. I never would "show off" with that many inside my cars, and would only do so with just one other (often female) passenger at most.
