What I said was I despise Boehner because he has sold out conservatives and sided with/caved in to Dems on a number of big issues. No matter what my opinion is of Ted Cruz or anyone else, Boehner's opinion of someone would have zero influence on it. It might even make me like a person more or despise them less if Boehner didn't like them - particularly if he didn't like working with them since he's a crony corporatist establishment scumbag like McConnell, Reid, Pelosi, Clinton, etc, etc.

sounds like this could be sour grapes on Boehner's part. apparently he didn't like that Cruz didn't come by to kiss his ring when he was first elected. Cruz says he barely knows the guy and has never had a real conversation with him...

if you haven't already seen it, the clip of Carly Fiorina introducing Ned Cruz at a rally, then falling off the stage, and Cruz and his wife ignoring her and continuing to shake hands nearby is pretty entertaining.

I was thinking it was a bad VP pick, but now I'm guessing he picked her because no other Republican, not even Ben Carson, would agree to be his VP. and Sarah Palin is already a Trump groupie.

They're gonna beg Kasich to take the Vice-Presidential offer...which he more than likely will.

Then they're gonna try to sell Trump as the figurehead "idea guy" and Kasich as the behind the scenes "get as much of it as can be done guy..." which ain't exactly that different from the last two administrations anyway...
