The Official Bama vs Michigan thread

So let's get this straight. You don't wanna run Denard because you wanna protect him, even though him running the ball makes him one of the most, if not the most, dangerous players in the country. So you play a game he's not good at until you're pretty much out of the game...then you start running him when there's nothing to gain.

Sound about right?

TOUCHDOWN!!!!

The vertical "Michigan" on the back of those polo shirts looks pretty bad. Will have to pass on one of those.

There was a good shot at the difference between us and SEC teams. Bama has Niko Johnson qbing their defense getting guys set. We have a white DB qbing our defense. I think Jason Seahorn was the last white DB in the game of football....that was a long time ago lol.

john lynch?

One thing that Hoke as turned around is the kicking game. Remember when we couldn't even kick a FG again Ole Miss, and the starting field position on kickoffs was the 40-45? Not really gonna make a big difference in this game, but it will in the B1G.

While we're on the topic, those unis are horrible. Leave the atrocious unis to Oregon, we don't need this gimmicky shit. This is Michigan for god's sake.

I forget who it was on the old board that had the "Official Lloyd Carr Press Conference" thread. They should make one for Borges.

"Coach, what was the plan on using Denard in tonight's game?"

"Well, we didn't want to run him a lot early because we didn't want to get him hurt. So we just heaved it downfield alot after getting behind the down and distance. Once the game seemed to get out of hand, we figured it'd be ok if he got hurt, so we went with that."
