I fully believe the hesitation to take off is all the coaches fault. Look what they did to Denard. He hardly ever scrambled under this regime. He always looked hesitant to scramble. Instead he ran around behind the line of scrimmage and threw arm punts. There is a mountain of evidence pointing right at the coaches causing this problem.

You know why DG ends up standing back there and just holding the ball so often? Because Borges draws up plays that are max protect and only have two WRs running routes 80% of the fucking time. Borges has created an atmosphere of failure for DG. Denard regressed under Borge's tutelage and now DG is doing the exact same thing. Borges is a fucking terrible OC.

I said it a couple weeks ago....you have 2 weapons in the pass game in borges doesn't know how to use either of them. Gallon is a 5 ft nothing slot WR at best and hes used all day on the outside running routes 25 yards down the field vs dbs that are bigger than him when DG only gets 2 seconds in the pocket. Aka...worthless. Put him in the slot (where you play funchess the entire game) and send him on crossing routes all day.

Now what should be their main weapon in the passing game is a huge frikken TE funchess, Who should dominate in the middle of the field vs LB coverage. BUUUUUuuuuttt numbnuts borgess splits him out and proceeds to run routes 25 yards down the field covered by CBs. Therefor our biggest receiving threat catches 1 pass per game for 2 yards....yippee.

The best part is that Gallon and Funchess are the only two running routes. Dileo rarely gets on the field anymore. Chesson is out there for about 5 plays a game now. DG has two options on almost every passing down. Perfect recipe for failure.

TE streaks with Funchess and Butt that's all I'm asking for. Leaves the outside man to man most of the time depends on the safety's.
