Yep. I would've been fine with 3 straight runs there with Smith. I don't know why, but I just don't think he's going to be denied in this game.

Speight had been dissecting the d. I would have been good with 3 passes. I'll never understand a 2nd down run at the 10....just makes it harder to complete a pass on 3rd. 3rd down run is just giving up from that far out.

Had no where to go with the ball. ...probably could have held onto it and found a different option but it seems like they've instructed him to get the ball out quick. They didn't bring pressure....rushed it.

I hate they way we use the short side of the field all the damn time. Against Iowa and IU we ran the ball consistently to the short side of the field with 0 success
