Time to talk turkey. We've probably got two wins left in us and the playoffs are not an option. Yep. Shocker.

The offensive line will be completely different in 2 years time. Goz is gone. Backus could be back. Peterman and T. rex have 1 year left if I'm not mistaken. Mikel might be the guy at rb but they could use a nice pass catching 3rd down back.

KVB is old, slh and Williams are free agents. Avril wants too much money. Durant and levy are free agents. If I'm not mistaken Houston is too. Delmas is always hurt and our other safeties are garbage.. Bentley is a nice prospect but spievey looked good early too.

Where the eff do we start? If they don't start drafting the ol it will be completely new and inexpirienced after next season minus Reif and sims. Defensive end is a huge need IMO. And what do we know about the future of our linebackers? I'm pretty sure the strategy in the defensive backfield is bring in a ton of scrubs and hope one sticks. How long can that continue?

We've got great pieces and some complete position groups but its time to start making one a priority. Bpa might not be a possibility this year. Do you think mm has a plan in place?

Time for a coaching change.. Especially the offensive coordinator who is to chicken on first and second down to put the packers away up 17-14... Scott is one of the worse coordinators I have seem with this much talent..

It won't be Schwartz. He's safe.

Yes start with the pathetic Offensive coordinator..But Jim should be next if he fails to make the playoffs next year...

You pay someone like Chip Kelly whatever he wants for the OC position. It won't be another 2 full seasons of this bullshit before everyone on the offensive side of the ball will be ready to bail out on the team.

If they don't make the tough decisions at the end of the season then it will be the exact same thing next year. I don't think Schwartz should be safe, but we all know he isn't going anywhere, but Gunther and Linehan need to be sent packing.

The team is built like the old colts with a potentially explosive offense and a serviceable defense (with a suspect secondary that did just enough from game to game). THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY a team (with the talent it does have) should be looking like shit from week to week, save the final 3min30seconds of most games. I can't express how much I HATE watching this team week after week do every little nuance of a thing that leads to every game going down to the last minute. Fucking disgusting.

Not to be a dick but do you honestly want us to run a spread option?

I just want someone with some balls in charge of this offense. Someone that can utilize the other two pass catchers besides Calvin that would be of infinite help in setting him up for the deep balls. Someone that isn't of piss-poor predictability. I don't have any idea who, but I know Chip is a ballsy guy; a guy that would have went for it on 4th down instead of kicking a field goal and setting up another last minute desperation drive. It's good to know we can win games like that, but having to do it every week is pretty draining. At this point almost anyone would be a welcomed change from linehan

DE and a CB would be a nice start. Need a solid safety too. Offense just needs a makeover. Not with personel...but i agree we need a new coordinator.

You know what...sometimes i scratch my head with his calls/schemes....but i have to give gunther some credit for how well our D has played with the pieces he is given. Theres no way with our secondary that arod shouldnt have been able to torch us today....D played surprisingly well.

I can't even give Gunther any credit at this point. These guys barely get to the quarterback on most games, then they NEVER force any turnovers, and give up big plays at the worst times. It wouldn't even take that much for the defense to look at least pretty good from week to week. But it's always a toss up, and nothing about the D is reliable. They should have had a field day against the Jags O-line and did nothing. They looked ok today but let the Packers offense drive right down the field at the most critical junction of the game. Most of the time they're not in position to make a solid tackle. It's always something.

That is the problem the D plays well enough to win most games but when it was on the line up 20-14 we all knew what was going to happen today... I turned to my wife after we f-ing only made a field goal to go up 6 and told her the packers will march right down the field.. it really is madding...

QB : No changes
WR: No changes
RB : Need a speed back
OL : G, C if Backus comes back. Draft an interior lineman (G,C) that can eventually replace Dom.

DT : Corey out, resign SLH, bring in a project for the other roster spot.
DE : 2 starters needed. Not sure what he will want but I'm sure they let Avril walk. Use that money to resign Houston. Draft a DE early and sign a DE in FA.
LB : Bring back Levy and Durant if you can, If only one then Levy.
CB : Resign Houston, Draft a CB early.
S : Delmas is all we have and he's hurt all the time. 2 safeties needed just for Delmas depth, draft and FA.

Unless I'm missing something that’s:
RB, G, C, DE, DE, CB, S, S, and maybe LB.

The cap is what will dictate what we do and how we do it but the DB positions need some serious attention.

Draft 1CB, 2DE, 3S, 5-7 RB, G/C, S
FA DE, S, LB, and depth

pretty good assesment. i agree with most of it. you forgot to mention punter lol.....we need a punter that can kick it further than 37 yards. And maybe we can grab an undrafted denard robinson to return kicks lol.

You are missing.
Gunther: fuck off
Linehan: fuck off
Special teams coach: I don't know you...but fuck off.
