I think we could have a separate thread for the best A Christmas Carol. I'm still voting for George C. Scott.

I'm with you. Hands down that is the best version. The only other one I can even watch is scrooged with Bill Murry, but they went off on their own a little more than all the other knock-offs.

I still say Trading Places qualifies......and I can't resist cracking up when Aykroyd is on the bus dressed as Santa, all fucked up, and he starts shoving the salmon in his mouth mixed with his fake beard....just my all time favorite Xmas scene
