I'm a big Larry Herndon fan but the Tigers have been around for over 100 years so how did he make this list. Who's number 77, B?rbaro Garbey? Dave Bergman must be number 50.

If Herndon were 100 on the list, I'd feel more comfortable about the quality of the Tigers' players over the last 112 years. Herndon's '82 and '83 seasons were what we want to see from Victor Martinez, but there weren't enough of those to merit a #78 all-time ranking among all Tigers' players.
