3rd hit of the night for the rays # 9 hitter now batting .185

Fulmer having trouble finding the strike zone.

Fulmer wild pitches runner to third and a sac fly game tied.

Nothing easy but got it done. Harold my man Castro hit it long for the winning run.

Was listening to the radio broadcast. I was mad that no runs were being scored so I called the commissioner office left a message and told them to juice the ball again. No sooner then I got off the phone and Hitting Harold cranked the game winner in the top of the 9th lol.

Question on bullpen. I know Fulmer and Soto are 8th and 9th inning guys but sometimes I wish AJ would use a closer by Committee approach. Seems like a couple of guys are pitching better then Fulmer and Soto. What do you guys think ?

Damn.

Tigers 4 wins in a row is the longest winning streak in the MLB.

That doesn?t happen very often.

Miggy has been raking during his seven-game hitting streak.
12 hits
.462 AVG
1.234 OPS

Michael Pineda?s fractured middle finger is not expected to require surgery, A.J. Hinch told MLB Network Radio. He will be re-evaluated in a couple weeks. While he likely will be out for over a month, Hinch said they?re optimistic he won?t miss multiple months.

That?s three consecutive starts of 5IP and 2ER or fewer for Alex Faedo.
He is the first Tigers rookie to begin his career that way since Justin Thompson in 1996.

Detroit has now homered in four straight games.
Willi Castro has hit in five straight games.
Harold Castro's game winning home run was 103.8 MPH off the bat.
