Same lineup as Saturday for Tigers against Angels lefty Tyler Skaggs.
The Tigers haven?t heard anything from Major League Baseball about Saturday?s ejections, and likely won?t until Monday, so Victor Martinez ? who would seem likely to face a fine or suspension after throwing his helmet onto the field from the dugout ? remains in the lineup.
Victor Martinez declined comment on Saturday's exit.

OH BOY! Top 6 hitters are 20-50 (.400) with 3 walks, 5 HRs and 4 other XBH vs. Sanchez.

Offense being held in check by a bunch of shit hooks last two games here, scrubs saggs chitin oboerhimer whatever thier names are...that would be the same Chiron yesterday that threw a complete game againts em back in May..don't know why these shites always gotta be givin em fits

I knew they'd let these shit wipes walk into Comerica and take the series. Tigers always play like shit against this garbage team.

This sucks, can't go losing series at home againts sub .500 last place teams tigers! Gawwd these tigers are so annoying unable to hit thier way out of wet paper sack againts a bunch of srubs all the time

I thought Maybin caught that pop fly. It's kind of like football replays, where you need to see replays from all sorts of angles. Darn.

Angles have the Tigers number. What did they say last night....Angles have taken 21 of last 28 games or something like that?

Ha ha!

Annoying is a good word to describe this barely better than average team that continues to tease us by crawling back into contention only to fall off again...annoying.

Wtf are you swinging at McCan't good gawd, tigers not interested in hitting today

White flag gives up a lead off triple then gets out of it all no runs..tigers only have two hits today off a collection of scrubs with era's over five. Miggy has both hits

Mark Lowe ? Struck out four batters of the five he faced.

Anibal Sanchez -- The score was 2-0 in the sixth inning when Cameron Maybin couldn?t close the glove for a diving catch. But things unrivaled after that and soon it was 5-0 with a relief pitcher trotting in from left field. Sanchez?s line in 5-2/3: Eight hits, two strikes, no walks, five runs allowed.

Tigers offense ? Angels starter Tyler Skaggs entered the game with a 5.70 ERA. Skaggs struck out six and allowed two hits in six shutout innings.

Stats and stuff:
Miguel Cabrera?s double in the fourth inning was his 972nd career extra base hit, tying him with Al Kaline on the all-time list at 44th.

Thanks to a double play and a pickoff, Sanchez faced the minimum number of batters through 3-2/3 innings.

This was the Angels? ninth shutout of the year.
