It might have been a small sample size, but Callaspo had a hit and two walks in four plate appearances against Dotel before this.......

Both hits the pitches were poor location... If a coach does not tell a pitcher to use the count to his advantage who the hells fault is it... We have way to many dumb pitchers who have given up way to many hits in these counts.... it really is exasperating... There is no ****ing reason to throw either hitter a strike in those counts... None whats so ever... And AC just flailed away at a 1-1 breaking pitch inside and missed it by a mile to make it 1-2 before the hit.. it really is stupid.... This team is full of dumb ****ers who can't move runners over and can't win close games it seems as of late...

The at bat's half our batters have during the game put us at such a disadvantage that it is almost impossible to make up.

This team is a lot like the 2008 team only difference is the rest of the division is an absolute joke which makes us feel like we have a chance.

Just another wasted game by this team DD has put together... Jim should be fired right after the game for batting Raburn... If i was Mr Illich I would would gas up the Lear jet and fly into LA and fire him in the morning... I could care less if the players like him... He is a .500 manager who has had decent teams in Detroit, and he has not delivered the WS title... With Verlander, prince, and MC the wins and loss are pathetic at this time of the season for this club and since DD is probably safe it is time for a shake up.. Get rid of the whole staff except TB.

I just want to hear him acknowledge the lack of offense and then figure out how to get those 5-9 hitters to relax and little bit, maybe tell them straight up that they all suck and that nobody expects them to do shit so relax because we expect you to provide easy outs. I think it could work.
