Now willi Castro shits himself and falls down on an easy play. Get both of these no hitting scrubs out of here. Short isn't a terrible fielder, but he needs to be a gold glove caliber defender to cover that weak bat and he obviously isn't.

I agree his fielding is usually good. He had some homers but Maybe he needs to go back down to Toledo to get some confidence. Both him and Castro are playing themselves out of a mlb gig soon.

I think he'd make a hell of a utility guy. If they sign a stud ss this off-season I'd be fine with him staying as a backup infielder. I just don't like him as the primary ss.
