Tigers vs. rangers Game Thread June 25

If someone makes an error and you reach base, does that count towards your obp?

On-base Percentage
(hits + walks + hits by pitch) / (at-bats + walks + hits by pitch + sacrifice flies)

Reaching on error is not figured in to OBP, so reaching on an error would lower your OBP.

Well he drew a walk, that's good, did you see that 3-1 pitch he missed, tell me that was an aggressive swing... now see what I mean.

Tigers batting 5th inning,

Fielder fastball high, fastball outside, sinker hangs and a drive to left center and Prince with a double,

don't know if this pitcher is a spot starter or reliever, 40 pitches,

Young drives it deep to center caught and Prince tags up and goes to third,

Boesch curve high outside, fastball low outside, fastball strike call, fastball is high outside, fastball swings and misses full count, fastball outside for a walk,

Peralta curve strike call on the corner, check swing strike call, curve outside, ground ball down the line is fair/foul? picked up and steps on first Fielder scores, Boesch to second,

Tigers lead 7 - 0,

Santiago takes outside, fastball high inside, foul pop to first,

pitcher with 55 pitches,

Tigers lead 7 - 0,

come on Rick keep the ball down.

shit, 4 out inning runner on second,

now grounder to Prince throws to Cabrera and back and forth with peralta napoli out and batter gets to second, 3/5/6/3,

grounder to Peralta throws to first, runner to third,

andrus grounder to Cabrera throws him out,

Porcello with 74 pitches,

Tigers lead 7 - 0.

Man, I'm impressed and completely shocked by Porcello's performance tonight.
