Sooner or later Texas was bound to go off. But against Fister. I was away most of the time and each time I glanced at the score I was surprised texas kept on scoring more runs.
Were there a bunch of soft, seeing eye hits or was Fister getting bashed? I did see he gave up a few home runs..
I think people tend to overlook the fact that Texas can flat out hit.
Fister made some mistakes, and our IF defense was not sharp, but the Rangers hitters should get more credit then our pitchers get blame.
But it's a positive sign that we are starting to swing the bats better all 3 games of this series, you know....glass half full and all.
