Tyler Collins will start in center field for the Detroit Tigers in place of Cameron Maybin on Tuesday.
Maybin is missing his third consecutive game with a back injury.
"Cam feels about the same as he did yesterday," said manager Brad Ausmus. "We were hoping for improvement, because he was close yesterday. We're going to give him another day and truthfully, with the off day (on Thursday), unless he comes in tomorrow feeling great, we might end up giving him off tomorrow as well. But we'll play that by ear."
The Tigers are facing right-hander Steven Wright, who leads the American League with a 2.67 ERA.
