More rain is forecast. It was pouring from 3:30ish to about 5:00. Now saying Radar in Boston looks promising until at least 10:30. Won't surprise if it rains before.

Tigers vs. redsox Game Preview.
Porcello is on the hill at Fenway for 1st time since infamous scuffle with Youkilis in 2009. He reflects back on it on Tigers Live at 6:30.
Brennan Boesch and Delmon Young swap places in the batting order. Ramon Santiago gets a day at second base in place of Omar Infante. Jim Leyland said in his pregame talk today that he moved up Boesch to get another left-handed bat up in the middle of the order against Aaron Cook, who is giving up a .309 batting average to lefties this year. The same thought process played into playing Santiago today and getting a day off for Infante.

Brennan Boesch replaces Delmon Young in fifth spot in batting order.
Delmon Young has batted in the fifth spot in all 92 games he has started this season.
He will bat sixth tonight against the Boston Red Sox.
Detroit Tigers manager Jim Leyland has flip-flopped Young and Brennan Boesch in the starting lineup for the series finale against the Red Sox. Boesch will hit fifth behind Prince Fielder with Young batting sixth.
Young is hitting .263 with 11 home runs and 42 RBIs this season and has been less productive than expected, especially considering the fact that he hits behind Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielder. He has an OPS below .700 for the season and has a .333 slugging percentage with runners in scoring position.
Boesch is hitting .246 with 11 home runs and 44 RBIs. He has a .671 OPS.
Young is 3-for-5 in his career against Red Sox right-hander Aaron Cook (2-4, 4.50 ERA). Boesch is 1-for-2 against Cook.
Rick Porcello (7-6, 4.56 ERA) will start for the Tigers. He is 0-2 with a 10.80 ERA in three career starts against the Red Sox. Porcello has pitched just 8 1/3 innings in those three starts.
