Tigers vs. redsox Game Thread August 1

And there he goes with Kelly into RF in the 8th instead of the 9th increasing the chances taking another AB away from BB in place of a guy hitting a buck 75

With the way BB has been hitting lately, it doesn't really make a difference.

Well considering we have Santiago, Jackson, Berry, Cabrera and Fielder up in the 9th it would probably mean a run or 2 for Kelly to see and AB tonight which I would surely take lol.

Benoit gets the first two batters in the 8th,

and kalish,

Tigers lead 7 - 5.

So what do we get from Valverde in the bottom 9th,
1/2/3
or
roller coaster 20/30/ or more pitches,
save,
or bs.

A 1-2-3 inning from Valverde and I can almost be happy about winning...

I think more broadly, he'd be due up 6th what if you end up loaded with 2 outs? BB or Kelly at the plate who would you rather have. for as long as there is a chance I would rather not keep seeing kelly in the 8th.

I'll go with neither.

Pick a random Tigers fan out of the crowd and put them at the plate, same outcome.

Here we go batten down the hatches, latch the doors and hide the women and children.

I'm updating the AL Central thread with the assumption that the Tigers win. =D

If the Tigers can't beat the Indians this weekend, they should be ****ing embarrassed. Cleveland can't even beat Minnesota or KC right now.
