He might want to try Jenny Craig,but I doubt if he will.Don't get me wrong,Miggy has been my idol since his move from Miami,but year after year he comes into spring training 10 lbs heavier than the year before.I think unless he does something about his weight,that he's on a downward spiral.

And this is the 1st year of his 8 year extension. On this pace he will weigh 360 lbs at the end of his contract!
